In addition to being an author, Pat Barrington is also a Christian speaker and coach. She is a widow who was married for 41 years prior to her husband’s trip to heaven. She was born and raised in Oklahoma and went to the University of Oklahoma, where she met her late husband, Carl. She is a retired Family Practice Physician who loves to travel and has visited 103 countries. She goes on mission trips at least twice a year, and often, they are medical and evangelism trips where she is thrilled to work with her team, telling others about Jesus.

Pat enjoys speaking for groups and leads the Women’s Ministry Team at Rock Bridge Baptist Church in Norcross, Georgia, where she is a member. She also teaches a ladies’ Sunday school class and is a leader in the Drive Through Prayer ministry. Pat has one daughter, Michelle, and two grandchildren, Theo and Autumn. She currently resides in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
